Nothing is so refreshing like my usual weekly nature walk on the beautiful green carpet around Kigali Golf Club, Nyarutarama. Halfway on my first lap, my mind intuitively began splitting Truth into many small pieces...

Later, I shared the thought with several people. I was curious.

I sought an independent opinion on what could possibly be found in one unit of truth when the smallest unit of that truth was split open scientifically or otherwise. They were unequivocally unanimous...

" You will find nothing but the Truth!"

"But if the truth remains the same truth to the very core, then why do people argue or even disagree?" I asked.

My conclusion? Three related but very unique patterns emerged:

Stage 1.Alignment / Agreement

Truth is a Claim.

Perception is an interpretation

Stage 2. Identity / Separation

What YOU call Truth is a claim

What YOU call Perception is an interpretation

Stage 3.Argument / Conflict

Not every claim is true

Not every interpretation is accurate.

Zibrah Code focuses on pattern not contrasts just like a Zebra exhibits black and white color pattern.

It takes intentionality to learn from observing the patterns.

Interestingly, Zibrah is a pattern between the Zebra and the author's name but nothing more.

Zibrah Code is a structure that birthed Zibrah Code: The Geometry of Truth and Wisdom Model.

Zibrah Code is a geometric structure that treats both Truth and Perception as orthogonal dimensions on the same plane to allow for belief formed at their interaction to be examined.

THE ROOT CAUSE?

What was the motivation?

1. Curiosity: Look up, Look around, Look within.

a) See big from small - The Big & Powerful:

I like space exploration. I am fascinated by humans endeavor to SEE far. Great inventions like the magnificent Hubble Space telescope remain a wonder. This ingenious invention identifies distant, initially invisible little stars, amplifies and demystifies such distant objects for humans to observe and learn. The telescope scans the vast universe from deep in outer space; millions if not billions of kilometers away from us.

What is the big catch? A distant world is brought closer to us. An initially invisible star ends up to be a big planet, a hiding treasure out there.

"Speechless!!" is humans initial response. Humans, naturally see before uttering any word. The gap. That often unconscious pause is magical. Observation precedes vocabulary.

Besides treasure hunt, the artificial lens' discovery of asteroids et all prepares humans to proactively prevent the inevitable before it happens.

The BIG distance challenge to the identified star is diminished by proactive human ingenuity.

b) See small from big - The Small & Powerful:

Scientist have done it again! What a triumph. This time the incredible awe is in reverse; from big to small. The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in Switzerland, is a "long snake" buried deep underground extending for 40 kilometers. This powerful machine smashes neutrons and protons into the invisible dark matter including an apparently indivisible particle [at least for now] code named "God particle."

The big catch? Is it possible to split big into small?

It is these great scientific observations and conclusions that triggered the Zibrah Code discovery.

Well, is it possible to spilt a big problem into small? But how small is a small problem?

Why does a very small problem eventually grow and overwhelm? What makes up small?

The only way to eat an elephant is to identify it, cut it into small pieces and eventually chew the meat into even smaller pieces. The biology of enzymes then breaks down the small pieces into the respective diet. What is so small yet fuels the mind to make every decision so powerful?

2. Previous publication: The 13th Professional Mindsets

The 13th Professional [Identifies, amplifies and demystifies] Mindsets. The Zibrah Code is a continuation to the 13th Professional Mindsets. At the end of the chapter and even at the conclusion of every major learning point, the 13th Professional Mindsets ends with a question:

"And if the 11th hour, the hour just before dawn, is between 5 to 6 am in the morning, then the 13th hour is just an hour after the storm. The eagle has just landed only to find the 13th Professional in a dilemma. What is the root cause? Will the eagle's bird eye view provide enough comparative evidence to unearth the truth? Who is the 13th Professional?

The dilemma is the burden of truth. The eagle delivers a solution; a neutral perspective from a vantage point. The eagle could be the down trodden, the mediator, a C.E.O, a brilliant employee seeking audience, a dyslectic child or whoever Steve Jobs described as; "the square pegs in round holes..."

The Zibrah Code answers: ""Was the eagle's independent and very credible evidence acknowledged?"

The acknowledgment paradox in the Zibrah Code stems from this dilemma.

Besides, Chapter one says, "The truth is bitter for the better. The truth is relative. But sometimes those who claim that the truth is relative may only qualify as relatives to the truth,"

Sincerely, as an author, this sentence has haunted me for so long. The Zibrah Code comes to my rescue.

Yet, the 13th Professional Mindsets' back page gives a hint: "Leadership is both a hindsight and a foresight... Leadership foresight proactively takes prudent action and creatively implements appropriate measures that improve both inherent and perceived [perception] mindsets and declares NEVER AGAIN!"

The Zibrah Code provides the inevitable tool, a lens that proactively sees conflict from a distant. And if everyone wears this lens, conflict will starve to death.

3. Lived experience, real case studies and exemplary minds.

Zibrah Code, just like the 13th Professional Mindsets is inspired by my own real, lived personal and professional experiences. The Zibrah Code tells my personal lived experiences as a student, an employee, an employer, an audit practitioner and as a parent.

However, due to professional ethics, it is difficult to call a spade a spade and especially real professional omissions and commissions; decisions that had to be made under pressure in very complex situations.

All these will be very clear when the Zibrah Code In Practice is published.

I needed an exit; a way of releasing the tension. The walk at Kigali Golf Club green carpet came in handy. Nature walk is so rewarding...

Breath in, out. Breath in, out. And curiosity led me to split the truth into small pieces to see what?
